Dragana Mutavdžić Pavlović
Full professor, Department of Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb
She graduated at Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb in 2000. After graduating she works at the Department of Analytical Chemistry of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb. In 2004 she acquired the Master’s degree and the Doctor’s degree in 2007 at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology in Zagreb. She is Full Professor at Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology, University of Zagreb since 2018.
The focuses of her scientific research are modern analytical separation techniques especially chromatographic separation processes and sample preparation techniques (SPE, SBSE, MAE, USE, MSPD), environmental analytical chemistry specifically determination of organic pollutants (pharmaceuticals and pesticides) in environmental samples (water, soil, sediments, …) and the study of their behaviour in environment (sorption to soil and sediment samples, ..).
Her research activities have resulted in 36 publications in SCI journals (H-index 14), more than 50 national and international conference proceedings and 5 book chapters. She is reviewer of several SCI journals.
